Wow - is all I can say.

What a pathetic company... avoiding to refund the ****** money from my account from October 2019 until now...

I have cancelled, and I have cancelled again, and all they do is tell me that I didn't cancel... I would understand the first instance when I called in October to cancel after selling the vehicle I had taken a warrantee out with them, but to my detriment, I unfortunately didn't keep a reference of my phone call, so I would have probably let the refund slide... and they would have gotten away with it, BUT then I call again in April as I went through my statements to see they've debited my account, which they had...so I call again, to cancel for the 2nd time...and true as bob, another debit of R398 comes off my account not only in April, but May and June too..... AFTER I cancelled for the second time. They also advised on mail they would raise my query with the relevant managers. So when I figured out debits were still coming off my acc, I mail them to ask why I my account has been debited as I had cancelled, and they tell me that they didn't get request to cancel. WHY WOULD I CALL THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE?? What part of CANCEL can they not understand???

Somebody, tell me how these people get away with the many cases where people have been ****med of their money? I think they definitely rely on people not recording their phone call reference numbers, so they can do this to as many people as possible. Should Motorite not be able to reference a call from my account number, or ID number or even my name? Where's the customer service at??? I see now how Motorite operate... what a ****, they're 100% *******... DO NOT TRUST ANYONE when they say Motorite is a good warrantee to take out... just read all the shambolic reviews on this site...... I wish I had!

All I want is the ±R3000 paid back to me.... How much longer do I need to endure this ****? They seem to have THE winning recipe...
