*******, Utter waste of money time and neglagence towards customers

What a complete utter waste of money !! A bunch of *******.

After having 4 vehicles covered under these people I put in my first claim two weeks ago for an electrical fault causing my steering wheel functionality to malfunction. NO hooter no Airbags no controls nothing is working. There policy wording clearly states the following "Steering All internal parts of the steering box, rack and pinion and power steering pump, (mechanical and electrical) excluding rubber boots; are covered.

There reply to this claim was that is was not stipulated in the agreement but it forms part of the steering component.

I subsequently need to pay close to R 10 000 for the part to be sorted. I will have even made mention that we are going into the festive season with this vehicle with no airbag functionality with kids driving too and from school and on Holiday. My car is not road worthy now and they are refusing to pay out on some ******* claim that it sits behind the steering wheel.

I will never ever support this company ever again as well as the dealership who has sold me my last 4 vehicles has completely lost my support.
