these is the worst of them all
<p>Hi I have a motorite motor extended warranty , which failed to honor their contact. I have had a claim opened from march the 3rd , I have been sent from pillar to post for and even told that they will reject the claim prior to facts been checked and report been clarified. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use these ppl. As thier client i am very disppointed . </p>

Please note that the relevant claims supervisor has attempted to make contact with you this morning to no avail.
Please be advised that in order for Motorite to further assist with the claim in contention by validating the cause of failure, you will need to provide permission for complete stripping of your vehicles engine in order for Motorite to re-appoint an assessor to carry out a full inspection to confirm the actual cause of failure. Once the cause of failure has been determined Motorite will be able to make an informed final decision on the matter.
Should you not agree to the above, Motorites claims management has agreed to approve the engine claim for cylinder head repairs only, subject to you signing a waiver letter, wavering the engine benefit from cover for the remainder of the policy term. This means that any further engine related failures and, or resultant damages would not be covered by the said policy for the remainder of the policy term.
