THE WORST WARRANTY COVER COMPANY EVER
Feom the 12 July 2023,I have submitted a claim and was approved, And the amout covered for was R7500 and the job itself was R30000,I was then told I can send my car to a Gearbox mechanic of my choice submit proof of payment then they will refund Me, with the payout I am now sent from Pillar to post, now Katlego ,Thabo Masenya,Samantha, Teboho NOW ots NONTOBEKO Phewa,and the Management at Complaints seems to be playing hide and seek for the refund to be payed out to Me.
Why did You then approve the claim,If You won't refund Me,after You have said ,I must pay the mechanic and You will refund Me.
I am greatly disappointed at FNB so much of its credibility to be Associated with Companies like Motorite.
