The worst administrators

They are so cruel. They deducted money from my account even though I refused their offer. I called for a car service plan quote and spoke to a lady, while we were talking there was a break in our line. Fortunately during this break in our conversation, I got a good offer. When lady from motorite called back i told her that I got a good offer and not gonna take their offer, she became angry. Her supervisor listened to the recordings and said they will refund. But what happened they doubled the premium month end. They are cruel, they don't even deserve that one star.
