terrible

Last Month I put in a claim and I was assisted by the lady by the name of Shevaugh and she gave me the ref no T295702 and I advised me to upload the photos of the damages which I did as per the request and since then she didn't call me for any updates and I kept on begging her to give me feedback regarding my claim but she refuses ,I send her an email asking her to call me, she respond by sending email saying I should call her as well,where is a customer service there, it's been two weeks now and my claim hasn't been finalized till today,the lady doesn't bother to call me,its very sad seeing the level of communication against the insurance,
