Terminated Contract without Notification

I took a warranty policy with Motorite and today I called them to request for a copy of my policy document as my computer crashed and I lost all the data which was in it. To my surprise the agent informed me that my contract with them had expired and it was only for two years. I did not receive any communication (via email or telephonic) stating that the contract has terminated and the policy document I received makes no reference to the contract terminating after two years and I do not recall a conversation with Motorite where I was informed tha all reading anything on the policy document stating that the contract would terminate after two years, and when I enquired about whether my monthly installments would then change, I was informed that they would till i finish paying off my car, which I did not understand as I understand that I paid a higher installment to account for the addition of the warranty plan and if it expired, why would the installment then decrease?<br> <br> I have my car in for service as well and I was going to call Motorite to claim if any mechanical damages had occurred and now this is such an inconvenience due to the lack due process & incompetence
