Take my money and run !!!!!
Once again I find myself on this platform (HELLOPETER.COM,) the biggest consumer website in the world) to let everyone know what a MISCARRIAGE OF SERVICE I have received from none other than Motorite the company ultimately responsible for this injustice.This is yet another poor reflection of your inadequate service delivery and it appears that no one at \Motorite"cares a hoot about my problem"

Please note that this is a underwritten insurance product of which Motorite only act as the appointed claims administrator. Motorite is under obligation to the insurer to administer all claims in accordance with their policy terms and conditions. The said part that requires replacement, that being the purge valve forms part of the vehicles Evaporative Emission Control system - however this part is not specifically listed as a covered part under the vehicles Emission System. The only part listed under the Emission System benefit category is the Catalytic Converter which fulfils a different function as it this part is incorporated in the vehicles exhaust system which contains a catalyst to convert harmful gasses into less harmful ones. We fully understand and empathize with your current position - however this part is not listed as a covered part hence the reason why it was rejected. In view of the matter - Motorite remains of the opinion that your claim was administered correctly and in line with the policy terms and conditions.
