I was advised that I am agreeing to a 2 year policy, just to find out after the termination of the policy, that the premium is deducted for the entire finance term! No where was this ever made clear to me in the telephone call. After a complaint was sent, no one cares about the dissatisfaction of the feedback received.
Furthermore, I lodged a claim, which 1 SMALL scratch was conveniently approved for the entire R4500.00 value of the policy and conveniently, other scratches excluded from further claims. What is the point? The scratch could have been fixed through an alternative company for way less than R4500.00. Furthermore, on the day of the repairs, the agent who assisted with the SMALL dent repair, advised me of another dent, which was definitely not there before he started. I was only advised of this "new dent" after the work was completed.
