Service plan document request
I am so disappointed with the service I'm receiving from Motorite, I request for my latest/updated service plan documents to be sent to me a week ago and it's been a week with emails back and forth with these three ladies Molebogeng, Lerato and Anne-Marie all telling me that they going to send the documents to me, but 7 days later I'm still waiting for my documents to be sent. My plan is due to expire soon so I wanted to check when it's expiring and to extend it but after this service I doubt I will.
