Message: on the 31 july i bought a car and also joined the motorite service plan and i was advised by their consultant that i can take my car in for service at any vw dealer for service at 155 000 kilometers, last week i took my car in at vw fourways and my claim was declined because they want to kne when was the last service done on the vehicle, i was not the owner of the car when that was done and i dont know when it was done as i didn't get a service book with the car, i bought the car at jean dor motors at kempton park and i called the dealer yesterday and they sent me job cards and motorite still didn't accept the documents yet they advised me to take my car to a different dealer and still declined my claim again at hatfield vw northclif yeaterday 12/12/2017 i would like my car to be service as we agreed whn i join the insurance

Upon receipt of this information and if it is found that the 150 000 KM service record supp**** confirms the date and mileage done – Motorite will review and advise if the vehicles 165 000 km is indeed due.
