Scratch & Dent Claim Rejected for a 1.5cm Scratch

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my Scratch & Dent claim. I submitted a claim for a scratch on my vehicle's front door measuring less than 1.5 cm, and it was rejected.

I pay monthly premiums for this cover specifically to repair scratches and dents, yet I am being told that such a small scratch cannot be repaired. This makes no sense, as minor scratches are exactly the type of damage this policy is supposed to cover.

As a paying customer, I feel let down by the service and the rejection of a claim for such minimal damage. If the policy does not assist with small scratches, then the value of paying monthly for this cover becomes questionable.

I request that my claim be reviewed and that a reasonable explanation be provided for the rejection.
