Scratch and Dent Cover for Claim Number T328861

I have been with Motovantage for over 2 years. On the 9th of August I logged a claim number T328861 for scratches and dent on my car . On the 11th when I called I was told that they have submitted my claim to their in house repairer. I kept on calling and sending emails to Henry Mndebele then at some point it was Lizzie Lesenyeho only to be told the same story over and over again. This week on the 17th of August was told that your in house repairer won’t be able to assist me, mind you after a week of empty promises so I should submit my own quotes. Of which I did and emailed them to Cindy Lee Smith and Henry Mndebele then I was told to revsubmit the quotes because they need to be specific in terms of the damages to be repaired. I did that again and both of them then went awol. I called yesterday on the 19th and spoke to Phindile Mahlangu who seems to be the only person taking her job seriously and said she will get back to me. She then emailed me later on the same day stating that my claim has been authorized and I will be called for the booking. Today the 20th August I haven’t heard anything. I called again even lost count of how many phone calls I have made and was fortunate to get Phindile on the line who asked me to hold while she tries to get hold of your repairers but no one answered the phone which is ridiculous. Later on I sent an email asking Henry and Cindy Lee for feedback got no response from them since yesterday. Later got an SMS stating that your insurer has been updated of your assessment which has been the same SMS for almost 2 weeks now. I’m actually appalled and disgusted by the service of your agents to your assessors and repairers. Almost 2 weeks of nothing but being sent from pillar post and that time even the quotes I sent are within your 4500 threshold. This is really unacceptable your agents are behaving like they are doing us a favor and yet we as customers we make use of your services in order for them to have their jobs but the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect they have for clients it’s disgusting. I just want to know when will this sorted or if you are not going to assist me then let me know than playing this cat and mouse game. A whole 2 weeks of absolutely nonsense.
