Requesting details from other victims of the Motorite Mafia to take them to court for malpractice.

2025-09-29 I am currently looking into taking Motorite/Motovantage to court for malpractice. I request any customers and ex-customers to contact me with the necessary documentation of who (you) experienced what (claim), when (date), where (we might need to request information from the service center), why (their excuse for rejecting their responsibility to be accountable for wrong information they give), and what became of the victims of the Motovantage Mafia thereafter.

I get an email in which they state their error and then refuse to correct it yet refuse to pay. I am not a charity to pay for Motorite just to be told due to their lie, I need to pay for my service with my rent money. More than 800 reviewers are NOT all of them wrong, to give Motorite a 1.49 out of 5 score.

You are free to contact me at JamesFriedrichDaniel at Gmail dot com.

Wesbank is free to play along, if they wish to be sued also.

In your correspondence to me, you mentioned that I must contact you to confirm that I wanted to go ahead with the cancellation of the service plan, as I indeed was aiming at. However, I first got advice from other sources about the stupidity of going to court for "only" R968.24, and rather keep the plan. This morning, I contacted you request that the plan stays active, but with written documentation for every service.
This afternoon, I see I am R6274.46 in arrears on a vehicle loan that is debited from my pension the same day it gets paid in. This fits with the amount I was told I may be in "arrears" if the plan is canceled. Did you go ahead and cancel the plan without me giving you the go-ahead, as you have requested me to do?
