Rejection of cliam:Poloicy number
<br> Hi<br> <br> i want to report the Maitanace policy administrators company by the name of Motorite,the reject my claims for the services that VW Polokwane has done on my car.The following are their weak reasons for their rejection:<br> <br> 1,they say becouse my car did not reach 60 000 km they can not fix my car clutch kit,<br> 2,my car is at 45500 km<br> <br> it is with my suprise and disappointment for this company to just reject my claims,in my agreement with them there is no were they infomed me of this ruling in our contract.<br> <br> i im of the feeling that tghis is a total ******* to loyal client like me<br> <br> please help<br> <br> i have never even a single day skip a payment to them<br> <br> kind regards<br> silas mabote<br> ***

Motorite has reviewed your complaint and noted your comments. Your maintenance plan provides cover for repairs as a result of fair wear and tear and mechanical failure and not for abnormal, excessive wear or usage. The pictures of your vehicles clutch kit revealed that the clutch linings were completely burnt off on the pressure plate side of the clutch kit. Also taking into account the low kilometres that your vehicle has travelled , that being 45 665 km - it is not normal for clutch kit to fail at this low kilometres especially since there has been no mechanical fault found with the clutch assembly. In view of the matter Motorite remains of the opinion that your claim was administered correctly and in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
