Rejected Claim with not valid grounds
Very disappointed with this company, i wont even advise anyone to take their cover. I received a call this morning from a *** @ 09H57am informing me that my claim with reference T778332 has been rejected mainly because the amount on the quote (R8 201.41) is above the amount I am covered for of R7 000.00
I have to state that I am very disappointed with this kind of response because this is not a valid ground for repudiating the claim. I am not prepared to get a quote from a different service provider as I went to BMW Repair Centre as I am comfortable with the quality of work and I do not mind paying the difference out of pocket should the R7 000 be the maximum amount that I am covered for.
