Refusing to authorise claims
Extremely dissapointed with motorite, for the second time now they are refusing to authorise my claim for a vehicle service. Why do i continue paying premiums if when i submit a claim you refuse to honour it????

22 Nov 2018, 12:09Dear Sir, Motorite has reviewed your complaint and duly noted your comments – we wish to address your complaint as follows: It is important to note that as per the manufacturer’s specifications, your vehicle has a standard service interval of every 15 000 km or 12 months whichever occurs first with the applicable service leeway’s being 2 000 km or 90 days either side of the service parameter reached first, that being time or kilometres. According to the service records supp****, your vehicle was last serviced on the 22/06/2018 at 45 397 km, the vehicle only travelled 9 359 km and 153 days. Please note that the vehicle’s next service is due at 60 397 km or on the 22/06/2019 - excluding the manufacturer allowed service leeways, whichever occurs first. Regrettably, there can be no claim as the service is not due on your vehicle. Thank you for co-operation and patience herein. Kind Regards,
