Poor service!

After I was informed that you refuse to pay out this claim I did talk to the team leader William and he did assure me that he will take it further and get authorization on this claim.
Let me make my self very clear one last time. I will cancel this policy and also the polices for all my other vehicles. I will also claim back every premium paid up to this far as I am fully protected as a valuable customer by the Consumer Protection act.
Ntt Isuzu will however have authorization by latest 14:00 today without any excuses to be accepted. I have paid for a product and now I will recieve value for my money.
If I do how ever struggle any further our attorney will be in contact with Motorite and will also be in contact with Wesbank to cancel all policies.
