Poor service
I recently contacted them to provide me with a list of service providers that deal with my type of vehicle. <br> Eventually the administrator advised me that i need to contacted the service provider myself in order to for them to obtain approval as a service provider.<br> <br> So in the interim my issue/ service on my car is not being sorted, thus the matter will just get worse. <br> <br> Worst service provider I have dealt with in the last 3 years as my initial contact with them started on the 10th of June 2015.<br> <br> I can't even understand why my the sales consultant that sold me my car gave me their details.<br> <br>

o Appointed As Service Agents For The Manufacturer;
o Approved By The Manufacturer, And;
o Which Are Members Of The R.M.I. (Retail Motor Industry).
Unfortunately Motorite cannot refer you to a specific garage as we have to remain impartial at all times.
