POOR POOR POOR Service.

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for an assesor to come out.

Its all been lies, via email they said he will definitely come today and again no show

I booked the car in advance because i paid for a holiday and we still waiting for your guys to come

How am i going on my long trip and to top it off im a rep how do i use my car

I want my car fix tomorrow cause im leaving 7 am friday morning

Im in Cape Town, i need everything fix tomorrow and hope you guys are there tomorrow
