Poor Experience - ***

Hi Guys,

Two Months ago, I was involved in a car accident with an outcome of the car being written off. As part of my shortfall, I needed to cancel all prepaid benefits when the car was purchased. One of these are Motorite administrators. I submitted the cancellations letters and they confirmed a refund would be due.

As to when the payment will be paid to finance house remains very blur. I have spoken to various people who have told me different stories.

I need answers on a few questions:

1. When will the cancellation be fully in effect? 2. When will the refund be paid to the finance house? 3,.Why does the refund need to be paid only when the cancellation is fully effect? (The car is a write off, there is no chance of any benefit being used.) Please explain the logic here!

I have sent Motorite an email but there has been no response what so ever. Just a poor experience with me following up everyday.
