Poor customer Service
Very poor service, they always have ways to manovoure their contract to suit them instead of taking care of their customers. I would not recommend anyone to get a service plan with them when buying a car.

The product that forms the basis of this complaint is a Unitrans used service plan administered by Motorite Administrators (Pty) Ltd. The service plan provides cover for the routine services as scheduled by the manufacturer. The service plan incepted on the 21/12/2017 at 75 000 km and ran for a period of 3 years and up to 120 000 km - the expiry of this plan is dependent on whichever is reached first. As per the signed copy of the transaction schedule – our records indicate that your service plan expired by time on the 21/12/2020 and is no longer active for claiming purposes.
It is with great regret to advise that there can be no claim in this instance.
