POOR AND UNAPOLOGETIC SERVICE FROM MOTORITE

Very poor service and unapologetic service.

It takes 3 days for you to service your car using MOTORITE, I wouldn't advise anyone to use them.

I opened a policy with them and they told me that everything is sorted and I can take my car for service. Before I booked my call for service, I called and spoke to MPHO & TEBOGO from motorite to confirm if I should take my car for service and guess what? The answer was yes.

I called the my dealership and booked my car for service and guess how long it took for my car to be serviced, 3 ****en days because of this people. The dealership call Motorite and they didn't have my details on their system and who's fault is that?

I didn't even get an apology from them for my time and money wasted. I regret taking a policy with them and I would advise anyone to do so!
