Pathetic service from Motorite

Motorite is trying by all means not to pay my claim. Its been a month now since I uploaded the pictures for scratch and debt removal claim. Everytime when I call I have to hold for almost 30 minutes and when it finally goes through they just pick up the phone and hung up. Yesterday I spoke to Phindile who promised me that Bramm verster will call me before EOB. I've wasted R400 on airtime just to be sent from pillar to post. This is my last hope
