pathetic ****** took my money now i dont benefit
i regret taking motorite administators as my waranty insurance because now i have to take a personal loan reason being they refuse to pay for my A4 and the most irritating part is that they are very fast to take your money but comes the time for claims they will tell you they cover this not that.
my car is still at the workshop awaiting pay out so that work can be done on it ,and since motorite mentioned they dont pay for gaskets and seals ,one is wondering what exactly do they cover for because now they deduct money from me monthly hassles free now i suffer . just like the others im gonna get back all my premiums and look for another warranty insurance company. motorite is pathetic and ******. i will never recomend motorite to anyone

The claim in contention was logged with Motorite on the 04/11/2019 at 120 145 km by Motomerge CC. The repairer reported that the vehicle was towed in by a rollback with an excessive oil leak. Upon further inspection it was found that the oil leak is coming from the gearbox cooler hose. The repairer suggested that the O-rings and the gear oil to be replaced. The normal claims procedure was followed whereby we requested the vehicles service record, written failure report, photos and quotation.

Upon receiving the requested information – Motorite proceeded to reject the claim for the seal and gaskets as these items are not listed as covered components and are specifically excluded from the ambit of the warranty policy.
It is worthy to note that by internally lubricated parts, the policy refers to parts that are dependent on the engine oil to carry out their function efficiently e.g. pistons, cylinder head valves. A seal/gasket is not a lubricated part of the engine, its function is to prevent the lubricating fluid from escaping from the engine. Oil seals/gaskets are not dependent on the lubricating fluid to perform their function and therefore cannot be regarded as an internally lubricated part.
Please note that your policy does not cover every eventuality and hence the need to fully understand what is covered within the ambit of the warranty policy.
