Pathetic!!!
What a waste of time, such pathetic service. Took you a whole week just to tell me the WhatsApp line is only for scratches and dents no advice thereafter as to which route I can go to submit these tyre photos. I requested for a call back on one of these calls it was not done. The phone has been dropped on me numerous times. I have about four policies with you that I pay for every single month on time!!! But your service is begged!!!!
