Ongoing Refund Delay and Unreasonable Documentation Requests
Ongoing Refund Delay and Unreasonable Documentation Requests I am writing to express my growing concern and frustration regarding the refund process.
Motorite previously forwarded a list of required documents to process the refund, which included:
Proof of invoices from the service dealers with payment slips only will be refunded (three were provided out of seven but because of the missing proof requested had to let the four service slips go)
Car disc
Copy of my ID
Bank statement
All of the above documents were submitted as requested. Additionally, the service dealers have confirmed the validity of the invoices and re-sent them directly. These invoices are on official letterheads, include full vehicle information, and are accompanied by payment slips and confirmation emails.
However, it is now being requested that I obtain a letter from the dealers as proof of payment. I ask my self now—what additional value does this letter will provide, beyond the official invoices and payment slips already supp****? An invoice on a dealer’s letterhead, showing full service details ,car information and paid slips as proof of payments, should be sufficient proof. It is not possible to take a car from a dealer without settling the invoice—this is standard practice.
This shifting of requirements feels unreasonable and appears to be delaying the refund without justification. I have cooperated fully and met every request.
I respectfully request urgent resolution of this matter.
Get your team to refund me and not waste my time shifting the requirements each time i submit what they requested
