Not willing to repair vehicle
I have bought a vehicle form a dealer after driving if for a month I decide to take out a motoride policy that if some thing happen I am covered. 2 Months later my clutch failed and power steering light comes on. I phone motoride as the the vehicle broke down and need to be towed. The say fine I must tow in and they will refund towing. I payed R650 for the vehicle to be towed to the dealer. After the dealer submit the claim, They refuse to pay as the service was not carried out with in a year of the last service next service as per dealer stamp is only on 80 000 km more them 18 000km away from current km I could also not do the service as I only have the vehicle for 3 months and was under the impression that the service was only at 80 000 km when I bought it. How can they sell me this policy and then they did not tell me this was a problem when I take out this policy, that this service was not done and the vehicle did not even do 5000 km since I bought it ? <br> So I am sitting with a policy that have no support, Broken vehicle, and repair cost I must pay myself ! <br> Please stay away from motoride they just going to take your money and you going to have a policy you need to pay

Our records indicate that you have breached the policy terms and conditions by not having your vehicle serviced in accordance with the manufacturers service requirements.
