Not respondingto Calls and Email regarding approving my claim T411770

I took my car to vw umhlanga for repairs and I have been waiting for my claim to be approved and when I make a follow up noone is responding to my calls and emails. My claim was sent to Stefan Erasmus via email. Please approve my claim as I paid cash upfront for my Maintenance Plan. I really don't need this headache
