Nonsense
Here it goes:
"I'm writing this while fuming with frustration! I've never seen such an *********** company in my life! I was sold a warranty plan for my car, actually it was a renewal, by Nicholas Pillay, one of their sales consultants. He explained that the plan would commence this month, November, since my previous plan was expiring last month, October.
What's shocking is that my money was deducted from my account before the commencement date! I called last month and requested a refund, and I'm still waiting for it TODAY! This is absolute *******! Can someone please, for the love of God, sort this out?! I've had enough of this runaround!"
