No peace of mind with Motorite !!

<p>If you are looking for a trustworthy extended motor plan and exellent customer service for peace of mind DO NOT pick Motorite ! Due to lack administrative capabilty from Motorite i covered my own service and was told to send through the claim for a refund. Now more than a week later noting has been done with numerous emails been sent through to Tsepho Matlwa with empty promises of i quote "Aplogies for the late reply, i have recieved your documents and your emails have been noted. i will do a quick follow up with managment and ill advise you tomorrow in the morning" this is 7 emails later and lots of wasted time telephonically with never any feedback. By the looks of everyone elses review on Motorite this non payment seems to be the trend. What a shocking company ! </p>
