No assistance with car issue even though they admit it is a silent condition

Called Motorite as I have a warranty with them. Car purchased and was perfect when I got it but within a few 100 km's, the car was smoking a lot. Took it for a check up to find that the turbo's need replacement. Motorite inspected the car and claim the issue was present when I purchased the car but it was a silent issue so we would not have known about it. If we did not know about it, how do they know it was present at the time when the car purchased? They declined the claim and now forcing a cancellation of the policy.

It is evident that the issue was not there on purchase and they mention that and still decline the claim. Will never use them again. On refund, they now charging me random stuff for no reason and paying me out like 65% of the original price I paid. Waste of time and money. Stay away from them.

Dear Sir,
Motorite has reviewed your complaint and have duly noted your comments.
As mentioned previously, The severity of your vehicles turbo failure indicates that imminent flaws were present at the time of purchasing this policy that failed shortly after the policy inception, your vehicle has only travelled a total of 342 km since policy inception. The Assessment report supp**** was fully analysed in detail whereby a final decision was made, based on visuals, technical correctness, experience and factual information.
In no way have Motorite forced you to cancel your policy, your request was as follows:
"If you do not wish to fix the car, then refund me the full price of the policy so I can get the repairs done."
Motorite have therefore agreed to assist you with the cancellation and assist you with a full refund based on the premium in which we have received.
Motorite therefore remains of the opinion that your policy has been administered correctly and in line with the policy terms and conditions.
Kind Regards,

The severity of this failure indicates that imminent flaws were present at the time of purchasing this policy that failed shortly after the policy inception, your vehicle has only travelled a total of 342 km since policy inception. This is referred to as a pre-existing condition and is excluded from the cover provided by this policy. A pre-existing condition is a defect or condition that exists within a vehicle prior to the date of inception of the policy. There are two main kinds of pre-existing conditions:
1. Where the vehicle had repairs before the date of the policy inception for the same part that is damaged and
2. A silent condition such as in this case (wear and tear on the bushes), where the vehicle had this condition in the turbo but was unaware of it because the failure had not yet materialized.
In point 2, you mention that it is a silent condition. How was I suppose to know of this issue? How could it have been picked up if the bank did not pick it up on inspection? There is no way to confirm it was there or not at the time of purchase. The amount of kms I have done should not make a difference as the car is not brand new and cars are tempremental. The point of a warranty is to cover you in emergency if something goes wrong. Something went wrong and now you refuse to cover. Policy was misleading as it looks awesome when signing up but the moment you have an issue, you find a reason to decline.
Still think what I do on the initial problem and believe it should covered.
