Never use Motorite Ever! ********** Service
Good day,<br> <br> Please note that I took my car for service to VW this is for the 120 000kms.<br> what happened is I booked my car with VW on Monday, which it was within the 120 000 Kms,<br> unfortunately I fell sick that day, I couldn't take the car, I requested the next available date the only available date was today. I only have one transport to use, and I had to do business travel on Wednesday and Thursday, which the car went over as it was a long-distance trip.<br> <br> they refused to pay for my break pads, but funny they authorized for the service<br> <br> as I was about to extend my plan...I will make sure that I spread the word<br> <br>

Motorite has reviewed your complaint and noted your comments. Our records indicate that we were not made aware of any bookings or arrangements to have the vehicle serviced prior to expiry of this plan. Your contract has unfortunately expired at 120 000 km - the claim was only logged at 121 486 km. Motorite approved the service claim as the service kilometres still fell within the 1 500 km leeway allowed after expiry. As per the contract terms and conditions - where a vehicle is over the expiry kilometres but still falls within the service leeways after expiry of the contract - only the service itself will be covered. Regrettably the maintenance items will remain for your own account.
