Never Again
I regret dealing with this company. They are not upfront when asking for documents. They ask for documents in drips and drabs. They also are not forthcoming with regards to what their process is.

19 Nov 2019, 11:44Dear Madam,
Motorite acknowledges and has duly noted your comments however, we have adequately addressed your complaint.
We noted that cancellation was requested for on the 07/11/2019 due to your vehicle having been traded-in. Customer care then requested for clarification as to who settled the vehicles finance and asset account. It was advised that upon trade-in the respective selling dealership had settled the finance account on your behalf.
As per the confirmation letter from your selling dealership, they have advised that we may proceed in refunding you the pro-rata refund amount upon cancellation. However – in order to proceed with such we required a paid up/settlement letter in order to complete the cancellation process (this was not initially received when the cancellation form was submitted.)
The request for banking details is part of the cancellation administration process due to the finance account having been settled, whereby the UMA will further facilitate the refund to yourself.
Please note that Motorite is the appointed claims administartor in this instance as the UMA is the plan administrator. We act as instructed.
In addition - your policy terms and conditions specifically advise that refunds will in the first instance be made to the financier of the plan - regardless of the account being settled.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience herein.Kind Regards,
Risk Management Complaints Division
