Need high blood pressure??Sign up for Motorite
We all know that after 15000km,a car must be serviced.In 2012 when I bought my car,Motorite was presented to me & everything sounds to be true as they explain the importance of having this cover.Well,I must admit that I was deeply dissappointed when VW Menlyn contacted me that motorite is not making any payment bcos the contract expired @ 237K.My car clocked 238k for 240k service but stil its big No for motorite.I am just praying that others must not fell into the same trap.

Motorite has reviewed your complaint and noted your comments. Our records indicate that your service plan expires on the 26/12/2015 or 237 000 km - whichever occurs first. The band of cover that you have purchased is for 3 yrs / 60 000 km of which Motorite approved all 4 service claims which were rated for - the last service being the 225 000 km service. In view of this, your comments are therefore unfounded. Motorite remains of the opinion that we have acted correctly.
