MY 2 YEAR WARRANTY NOT YET EXPIRED
I bought a second hand car, and the agent advise me to get a 2 year warranty with Motorite, which I did.W.Within 18 months my car got broken.Motorite refuse to fix the car.Now I must fix my car and still pay the bank.The car is under finance.Am now between the rock and a hard place.

The product that forms the basis of your complaint is a mechanical breakdown warranty of which Motorite act as the appointed claims administrators. Motorite are under obligation to the insurer to administer all claims in accordance with their terms and conditions. Your recent claim was rejected as your policy specifically excludes the failure from cover. Motorite remains of the opinion that your claim was administered correctly and in line with the policy terms and conditions.
