Good day I have been a client with Motorite for more then 2 years now. Extended warranty and dent cover,ive recently picked up a dent on my car and tried to claim for it because im covered. 3 weeks later im still waiting on approval for the miner dent on my car. This is very bad for me,a paying clients, monthly debit with a service like this is ridiculous. They only update me when i asked for a update. Then they say,they are still waiting for their in house repairers to supply a qoute. Does the in house repairer takes that long,mind you,he is in house? Wow the worst experience and im still waiting on them. My agents name, Mndebele Hendry.

19 Aug 2020, 10:15Dear Sir, We have reviewed your complaint and duly noted your comments and it is with great concern we received your e-mail outlining the problem you had with our service, as a service driven organisation, SMART UMA goes to great lengths to provide service excellence to all our valued customers. After a thorough review of your case, we noted that the claim for the vehicles bonnet and right rear post has duly been authorised to our our in-house repairer - Auto Magic. However the damages to the right front door will be noted as pre-existing and the balance thereof will be for your own account. The registration of the above incident will have no adverse effect on your contract/policy, existing restorations cannot be carried over to a next maintenance request and will be noted as pre-existing against the policy profile until proof of repairs is received. Regrettably new damage will also be declined should it be on the same panel affected and declined under this claim. Should you not be happy with the outcome, you are at liberty to seek further recourse that is made available to you. Thereafter you may institute legal proceeding within 180 Days of receipt of this letter, failing which we will have no further liability in terms of this policy. Should you require any further details, please contact the Risk Management Complaints Division. Kind Regards,
