Motorite useless warranty
Very disappointed with this company,my car broke down about 300kms from home and the towing company charged me about ,R7000 and took my to a workshop to have it fixed.
A few days later the mechanic calls me to say car is fixed a but the Warranty (Motorite) only payed R2500 and the total cost to fix the car was about R5900 .
Reading from the contract of the Warranty I could also claim back the money for the towing but the refused to pay that as well.
I had to pay about R5100 from my pocket ,WHY DO I HAVE WARRANTY IF IM GOING TO PAY WHEN MY CAR BREAKS DOWN ?
Motorite warranty is useless they always try and find excuses not to pay and im currently looking for a new warranty now.
