Motorite Service Policy Disappointment

My first service under this Service plan policy

The circumstances surrounding this matter was as follows: I was going on a trip to Botswana and Namibia, total distance 6,500km. My first service with Motovantage fell in that period that I was on that trip out of the country. I decided to have my service done early to avoid being late for my first service, also ensuring that my vehicle was prepared for the long trip. I fail to see the logic of Motorite management to decline payment for the service citing that the service was too early. I paid for the service and tried to claim. Which was of course was a major one. If servicing your vehicle early is such an issue, especially if its the first one under the policy, I cannot see why the dates of the policy cannot be shifted on to the next policy and I then service the vehicle exactly on time.
