Motorite Service Plana

I had a service plan with Motorite, I called them to inform that I will take my car for service at Audi Krugersdorp for service and the lady I found told me that my service plan is still valid and the vehicle should be taken for 150000 kilometers. I booked my car for service today the 20th June 2024 and dropped it, I later received a call from Audi that my service plan expired at 143000 kilometers and when I called them that I called last week or week before and I was told to take my car for 150000km and the lady responded that it was an agent who gave me a wrong information is not their fault. I tried to explain that is not my fault and they insisted that is an agent who made a mistake. I wasted my time and my petrol only to be embarrassed at Audi that my service plan expired. another concerning thing is that as I was talking about the extending my service plan the lady I spoke to today further said that the records shows that the service plan it will expire in November 2024 so at the end of the day my car was not serviced while I was told to book it for 150000km
