Motorite service plan

I have 2 service plans for 2 vehicles with motorite but I dropped my vehicle for service in Audi somerset and I went back home,after 2 hours Audi told me that motorite informed them that my plan expired last year June, off which they never sent me an email or informed that my plan is about to expire and yhey still deducting money from my accountaccount,
