Motorite scratch and dent is a headache to engage

Have a Motorite and or smart cover for dents on my Mercedes. Mercedes generally encourage you to buy this for a lump sum amount when purchasing a car.

My biggest mistake to take this as I cannot cancel ad it was a lump sum payment and the service is pathetic to say the least. I had 1 ocassion to claim for mag dents in 2019 and now in 2020 and it's a mission. You have to literally chase the agent that assists you and furthermore they find excuses that the picture is not clear etc only when u contact them. Their promise of an agent getting back to you in 1 to 3 days is all lies. You sent whatsapp pics and then asked to email. I am simply fed up. They should close this company
