Absolutely PATHETIC!

my car has now a few days short of 8 weeks in for a repair!!!!! It was brought to my attention of the workshop that 3 assessors came out to view my car and they took their time at it too, this is NOT how you do business, you are absolutely quick to penalize and void a claim but when it comes to you just doing what you falsely advertise it’s just okay with no repercussions? You know nothing of customer satisfaction and I honestly wish I took my business elsewhere, who sits 2 months without their car? And it’s not as if you even sorted out the entire claim, I had to fork out enough money on this! This is but one of many platforms to warn people against this ****
