My vehicle stalled due to flat battery which I then called Motorite for road side assistance for Flat battery (jump start), the agent advised me that I would be required to pay upfront and then claim back to maximum of R1000.00. After being assisted by the road side agent I was required to pay R500.00, now when submitting the claim they have all the excuses imaginable ....
