Motorite Rim & tyre cover

I have signed up with Motorite run and tyre cover in April 2024. My first claim - I have been trying to claim from the December 2024, even now the matter is not settled. To cut the sorry short, I am now sitting with a quotation of 1 tyre and rims to be straightened from Tiger Wheels Menlyn. Motorite approved only 1 tyre and 2 rims. They are refusing to approve for the other rims by no enough evidence. I have sent them pictures and videos but still they are refusing. The pictures and videos are so clear, they do not need a rockstar to figure it out. Secondly I have requested my recording when I signed up this cover with them during December 2024, I am still waiting, every time I ask about it, they will answer by “ it has been escalated to management” - As for me, I will not recommend this company for anyone, even for my worst enemy is a NO NO NO!!!!
