Motorite Reject gear linkages
Motorite has rejected my claim for fixing my Gear Linkage, when the contract clearly stipulates i am covered for it. I have tried to contact them with this complaint, no one gets back to me, when i try call them i am put on hold for more than an Hour before the phone is hung up.
Over and above getting rejected for gear linkage, my window motor stopped working properly and i was charged R18 000 to replace, on a comprehensive cover where i am covered for window motor replacement they still reject claim. Motorite always looks for a way to reject even when they have it in writing that you are covered.
WORST Experience.
