Hi guys for those who consideration to take out motorite Warranty policy. Please review the policy carefully. If you have a oil pressure problem they won't be able to pay out. They will find any excuse for not being able to pay out.

Dear Sir,  Motorite has reviewed your complaint and duly noted your comments.  During our investigation of this complaint we noted that we received a request for cancellation on the 03/04/2019. Thereafter the completed cancellation form and requirements were received on the 09/04/2019 for applicable processing thereof.  On the 10/04/2019 we received feedback from the insurer confirming that the policy has been cancelled and no claims to be allowed.  Please note that Motorite have a turnaround time of 7-10 working days for cancellations to be submitted to the respective finance institutions or insurers. With this insurer, IU&A – they however have their own internal processes whereby their turnaround time herewith is 30 days as per their “automated” bordereaux setup that we have in place.  Scenario: Should you contact Motorite to cancel the policy/plan on the 4th of a month, the cancellation will be effective from the 4th of the following month.  According to our knowledge, the policy has been successfully cancelled on our side, with the applicable refund already allocated.  Thank you for your cooperation and patience herein. Kind Regards,  Risk Management Complaints Division
