Motorite pathetic service

The service you get from them is pathetic, but they think they doing you a favor yet we pay them for a service.!!

My car was repaired by a dealership last year for the complete engine, the dealership did the repairs and to date the car is still not right, but just after repairs I notified motorite an they advised that the dealership should provide a warranty on parts and workmanship but they are now when I email them they tell me it's between me and the dealership yet they are well aware the dealership doesn't want to repair the car and the dealership says they can't provide a warranty on parts or workmanship yet they have messed up my engine.

I called motorite and asked if I take the car to another dealership to fix the problems whats the procedure an they advised that they can not cover the same parts again yet they are the ones who paid the dealership so they should rightfully communicate with the said dealership to fix my vehicle if they can't cover again.

The service you get from motorite is really pathetic and they have a care a dam attitude towards us customers.

My vehicle even went for a service and the plugs wanmsnt even changed yet the car engine was back firing but they refused to change the plugs then what's the use of a service plan??
