Motorite motorplan a waste of money

We have a motorplan with Motorite for just over 2 yrs. We took it out when we bought the car at Toyota Witbank. Not long after we heard a knock in the front of the car. I called the people from Toyota and twice they took it and said nothing was wrong, we had to accept it I mean what can you do when they say no. When the sound got louder I took it to another carshop and asked them to have a look. Indeed they found the problem. They did everything but when they time came for Motorite to do their part they just refused to pay. They just say they don't cover the boot that is thorn. So my question is what do they cover and is that not they reason why we pay every month, for in case things like this happen. Before I took out this policy I was warned by a friend of mine but I did not listen. I wish I did. But I am definitely going to cancel this nonsense, wasting money motorplan now
