I've canceled my motor plan policy (***), when I sold my car in 2024 October, did report to them and was supposed to get my outstanding refund since the motor plan was paid upfront, till today I haven't received any refund, therefore to my suprise today I've received a text message stating that, my service plan will expire on the 06/11/2026 I must renew. And when I call them they act as they where never informed
